Abstract This Decree prohibits in principle, fishing for and landing of shrimps by Norwegian vessels in the area of the Northwest Atlantic Fisheries Organization in 2011. However, in subarea 3L a total catch of 214 tons of shrimp may be fished by Norwegian vessels that meet criteria set out in this Decree. Certain requirements regarding notification and allowing observers on board are imposed. Vessels shall comply with rules laid down by the NAFO Convention.
