This Regulation enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation consisting of 14 articles aims at organizing both import and export of animal products into Kuwait considered as a GCC State member. Responsible for the implementation of the Veterinary Quarantine Law is the Minister supervising the Public Authority for Agriculture Affairs and Fish Resources.
