This Decree enters into force 15 days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Decree establishes sanitary requirements for application, transportation and storage of pesticides (plant protection means), agrochemicals and fertilizers, and MRL in environment, alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs. It shall be applicable to all production facilities, processes and equipment, related to application, transportation and storage of pesticides, agrochemicals and mineral fertilizers and nutrients. All plant protection means must be accompanied by state registration certificate. Work with plant protection means shall be subject to state sanitary and hygienic expertise. Pesticides, agrochemicals and mineral fertilizers and nutrients must be kept and stored in the whole and intact packages.
