Abstract

This Decree has as its scope setting forth hygienic criteria for optimization and intensification of research aimed at for substantiation of the necessity of elaboration of maximum allowed concentration limits and approximately allowed concentration limits in the atmospheric air of inhabited areas and water of waterbodies. The aforesaid hygienic criteria shall be used as guidelines for state sanitary supervision institutions and other bodies and entities for elaboration of hygienic and sanitary standards, norms and regulations. This Decree contains hygienic criteria for substantiation of maximum allowed concentration limits and approximately allowed concentration limits in the atmospheric air of inhabited areas and water of waterbodies used for utility and potable water supply. Emission to the atmospheric air of inhabited areas of extremely hazardous substances such as hormones, cytostatic agents, allergenic agents and some groups of antibiotic substances shall be prohibited.
