Abstract

The purpose of the support is the eradication, monitoring of certain animal diseases threatening the animal stock, and the prevention of certain zoonosis. This support falls under the application of Articles 87 and 88 of the EC Treaty to State aid to small and medium-sized enterprises active in the production of agricultural products. This Decree lays down the rules regarding the application and payment methods. The veterinary services, which may be supported under this Decree, are the activities performed according to the terms determined in this Decree and aimed at the prevention, exploration and eradication of diseases and zoonosis listed in Annex 1.
