This Decree enters into force 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

Amendments have been made to the following articles: article 7 which has been substituted with a new article dealing with tax calculation bases for natural resources, natural water used for hydropower generation, for timber and for petroleum oil and gas; and clause 3 of article 12 on natural resource tax exemption or reduction. Minor amendments have been made to clause 7 of article 2 and to Section VII of the Natural Resource Tax Table.
