Abstract

This Decree places restrictions on the catch and landing of new (spawned in the spring) Norwegian herring by Norwegian vessels in 2009. The 24 articles are divided into 7 Chapters: Prohibition and definitions (1); Purse seine groups (2); Trawling groups (3); Coastal Fishing Groups (4); Blocking of fishing areas (5); General provisions (6); Penal provisions (7).
