Abstract

This Decree establishes hygienic requirements for processing and production laboratory testing for fish products ensuring compliance thereof with food quality and food safety requirements and standards. It shall be applicable to coastal fish processing enterprises and fish processing vessels, except for enterprises producing infant food. It shall be applicable to refrigerated, salted, conserved, preserved, concentrated, smoked fish products, caviar and derivates, and animal feed fish products. A
