Abstract

This Decree establishes hygienic requirements for processing and production laboratory testing for bread, bakery products and confectionary products. It shall be applicable also to storage, trade and production control. Putting into operation of bread-, bakery- and confectionary-producing enterprises shall be carried out exclusively under strict control of state sanitary supervision service. All the technological processes shall be recorded in the register of technological processes kept by bread-, bakery- and confectionary-producing enterprises. Production units for shall contain storage and transportation facilities. All incoming alimentary raw materials shall be subject to mandatory certification for compliance with quality and safety requirements. Each lot of bread, bakery products and confectionary products destined for trade and vending shall be accompanied by certificate attesting quality and safety thereof.
