Abstract

This Decree establishes hygienic requirements for processing and production laboratory testing for milk and dairy products ensuring compliance thereof with food quality and food safety requirements and standards. It shall be applicable also to dry milk, liquid and pasteous dairy products for infant food. Milk and dairy processing enterprises can be combined with bakery plants, confectionaries, pasta producing enterprises, liquor and beverages factories. Combination of milk and dairy processing enterprises and meat- and fish-processing enterprises shall be prohibited. All the technological processes shall be recorded in the register of technological processes kept by milk and dairy processing enterprises. Production units for infant food shall be located separately. Transportation of milk and dairy products shall be carried out in sealed refrigerators and specialized cisterns.
