Abstract This Decree approves the Regulation on plant protection phytosanitary measures to be applied within the State of Rondônia. This Regulation, consisting of 10 Chapters and 1 Annex, specifies the requirements to be satisfied in order to perform plant protection phytosanitary measures and all the necessary steps, aiming at preventing and avoiding the introduction and dissemination of plant pests and diseases, with the objective of guaranteeing and preserving the quality and safety of plant seeds, seedlings and any planting material, biological material and residues of economic value, through technical and administrative mandatory measures.
