Abstract

This Decree establishes requirements for installation, equipment, maintenance and operation of centralized hot water supply. Centralized hot water supply mains shall not pass through the territory of cemeteries, dumps, cattle mortuaries, irrigated agricultural land, clearing fields and other object that potentially may cause water pollution, and also cannot be installed together with sewerage systems. Equipment, materials and works used for centralized hot water supply system shall be certified for conformity to state sanitary and hygienic expertise and shall be registered. Hot water temperature at the source of water abstraction shall not be lower than 50 °C higher than 75 °C.
