Entry into force notes
This Decree enters into force 15 days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Decree sets forth sanitary and epidemiological requirements for atmospheric air of inhabited areas and recreational areas in the process of projecting, distribution, location, construction and operation of social, industrial, transport, and engineering infrastructure related to emissions of pollutants to the atmospheric air. The scope of this Decree shall be ensuring safety of recreational areas of the population and protection of public health. Infringement of this Decree shall entail administrative and legal liability. Emissions must comply with maximum allowable emission rates. Laboratory testing of quality of the atmospheric air shall be performed by accredited laboratories.
