Abstract This Decree is composed of 3 articles. Capturing and killing any of the species of reptiles listed in the attached Annex shall be prohibited. Possessing or selling species listed in the Annex, whether alive or dead, shall be prohibited unless in possession of a permit for tourist and scientific purposes exceptionally granted by the General Authority for Veterinary Services (art. 1). Capture of all species of reptiles (poisonous or non poisonous; rare or common) shall be banned during the hibernation season, i.e. from 1 October to the end of March (art. 2). Full text English
