Abstract

The Decree regulates Georgia-Russia state border, the Sokhumi Sea Port, and ports and maritime area of Abkhazia. The Decree closes the Sokhumi Port, port points, maritime area and Georgia-Russia border within the territory of Abkhazia for any type of international transportation except for humanitarian aid. The humanitarian aid may be provided on the basis of a permit issued by the Georgian authorities and a customs clearance by the tax authorities of Georgia (7 sections).
