This Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Decree, consisting of 14 Chapters and 5 Annexes, provides for registration, control, supervision and inspection of establishments related to poultry breeding and other measures for subsistence poultry. It specifies requirements to be satisfied by establishments for the production of poultry meat or eggs for human consumption. They should be: a) registered by the State Bureau of Animal Health Protection and Plant (IAGRO); b) registered, accredited, approved or licensed by IAGRO; etc.
