The following activities shall be prohibited on the territory of Lipichansk Forests biosphere reserve: 1) main felling; 2) any activity causing change of the natural landscape and hydrological regime; 3) waste disposal; 4) burning out dry plantations and land clearing; 5) discharge of sewage into water bodies; 6) setting up tourist camps. The proclamation of Lipichansk Forests biosphere reserve shall not entail the expropriation of land. The regional executive bodies shall be the managing authority of Lipichansk Forests biosphere reserve. The damages caused to Lipichansk Forests biosphere reserve shall be compensated by the legal and natural persons in conformity with the modalities established by law.
