Decree No. 138 of the National Statistics Committee validating the Instruction on calculation of sowing areas of agricultural crops, number of stock and poultry and amount of plant production and animal production at farms of all categories.

This Decree establishes the modalities of calculation by state bodies of sowing areas of agricultural crops, number of stock and poultry and amount of plant production and animal production at farms of all categories. The aforesaid calculation shall be performed by the National Statistics Committee. Calculation of sowing areas shall be performed on annual basis. Sowing area shall include sowing area of agricultural organizations (legal persons), peasant farms and citizens (subsistence farming, family farming) related to whole categories and distributed by crop species and, as related to animal and poultry products (meat, milk and dairy products, eggs etc.) and plant production (cereals, vegetables, fruits, berries) shall envisage plant production and livestock and poultry production output . The Decree contains calculation formula.
