Abstract This Decree is composed of 4 Parts divided into 29 articles. Part I deals with general provisions including the following: defining the professions concerning the commerce, preparation, contracting and processing of the agricultural medicines; creation of a technical committee called the Agricultural Medicines Committee; tasks and duties of the aforementioned Committee. Part II provides for licenses in particular: issuance of licenses; obligations and duties of applicants; and, requirements and conditions for sale and distribution of agricultural medicines. Part III deals with the Sale and use of agricultural medicines including requirements and conditions for sale, preservation, expiry date and advertising of agricultural medicines.
