This Decree enters into force immediately.

Abstract

This Decree carries into effect in Norway the Commission Regulation (EC) No. 599/2004 concerning the adoption of a harmonised model certificate and inspection report linked to intra-Community trade in animals and products of animal origin. Control and carrying out of implementing measures shall be the responsibility of the Food Control Agency. Offences are prescribed by the Food Act, 2003.
