These Environmental State Cadastres establish requirements to be satisfied to perform authorized activities and specify protecting measures to control the potentially polluting activities of the environment within the State. In particular, it aims at establishing a mandatory registration of any environmental activity performed within the State related to ecological and environmental disaster prevention, designing sustainable development projects, production, trade, installment or maintenance of equipments or instruments destined to any potentially polluting activity.
