Abstract

This Decree specifies the conditions under which polyethylene terephtalate bottles destined to come into contact with food may be produced. Article 13 ter of Decree concerning the hygiene requirements of packages, containers and tools destined to come into contact with food or substances for personal use is updated subsequently.
