One of the conditions of Group I vessels is previous participation in the year 2005. General criteria regard the registration of the vessel and its characteristics and inclusion in the Fishermen's Census. Chapter III prescribes that offences shall be punished pursuant to section 29 of Act No. 15 of 1999 relative to the right to participate in fishery and hunting of marine animals.
