Abstract This Decree approves the General Regulation for Urban Buildings. The above mentioned Regulation, consisting of 6 Chapters and 1 Annex, establishes the requirements and environmental standards to be satisfied by urban building and regulates all the interventions related to spatial organization for new buildings in urban area of the country.
