Abstract This Decree establishes the modalities of registration of plant protection means, performance of plant protection arrangements, phytosanitary monitoring and utilization of reserve stock of plant protection means. The scope of registration of plant protection means shall be aimed at obtaining reliable data on flow of pesticides and crop protection agents with a view of prevention negative impact thereof in the process of storage and transportation. Phytosanitary monitoring shall be performed for identification of pests that shall not require imposition of quarantine and those that require imposition of quarantine. Reserve stock of plant protection means shall be considered regularly renewed and replenished stock of pesticides registered by Chief state seed growing, quarantine and plant protection inspection.
