This Decree enters into force 15 days after the date of signature.
Abstract

This Decree validates Sanitary rules, regulations and hygienic requirements “Hygienic requirements for mineral water processing and bottling enterprises” applicable to processing facilities, equipment, maintenance and operation of mineral water processing and bottling enterprises with a view of ensuring quality and safety of bottled mineral water and preserving health of workers. The principles of food quality and food safety control based on risk analysis and critical points control. At mineral water bottling enterprises must be available: (a) plans of distribution of processing facilities and equipment, and auxiliary premises; (b) routes of movement of raw materials, ready commodities and produce, waste, and personnel; and (c) schemes of installation of technological equipment.
