Entry into force notes
This Decree enters into force 15 days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Decree establishes sanitary and epidemiological requirements for surface waterbodies used for recreational purposes. It shall not be applicable to surface waterbodies used for recreational purposes that are not listed as such and authorized by local government, and to surface waterbodies prohibited for recreational water uses. The scope of this Decree shall be ensuring safety of recreational water uses and protection of public health. Infringement of this Decree shall entail administrative and legal liability. Water recreational areas shall be located outside sanitary protection areas of industrial enterprises. Effluent waste water discharge to surface waterbodies destined to recreational uses shall be prohibited.
