Abstract

The Decree repeals the previous Decree no. 26/CP 1996 and provides implementation to the sanctions applied to perpetrators and offenders violating the laws on environmental protection and is divided in following Chapters: General Provisions (I); Acts of Aministrative Violations in the Field of Environmental Protection (II), Sanctioning Forms and Levels (III); Sanctioning Competence and Procedures (IV); Complaints, Denunciation Handling of Violations (V) and Implementation Provisions (VI).
