Abstract This Decree, composed of 13 articles divided in 5 Chapters rules on the labelling and processing requirements for infant food, as well as on public information. In particular, the Decree forbids infant food manufacturers to autonomously spread information material on infant food or to promote educational activities with an indirect marketing purpose on their products. Moreover, the Decree defines the necessary labelling requirements for infant food and regulates the contents of the required technical fiches to be included in the food packages.
