Forest management is the system of inventory and registration of forest stock, arrangements aimed at the rational management thereof, conservation of protection and recreational forests, efficient reforestation and forestry protection measures. Forest management of public forest shall include: (a) mapping of forest land; (b) inventory defining composition, age, forest species, quantitative and qualitative characteristics of forests; (c) exposure of the forest areas requiring main, intermediate and cleaning felling.
