It consists of 9 chapters and 14 annexes defining all activities involved with this sector, including licence to be issued to collctors and aquaculture infrastructure for mollusc breeding (chap. 1); Mollusc collecting provisions within public areas (chap. 2); Aquaculture centres requirements, including sanitary standards (chaps. 3 and 4); Licensing (chap. 5); Trade (chap. 6); Restrictions on mollusc species: Venerupis decussata, V. pullastra, V. aureus, V. rhomboides (chap. 7); Sanctions (chap. 8); Final provisions (chap. 9).
