Abstract This Decree regulates Law No. 14.611 on the equal pay and remuneration criteria between women and men in relation to salary transparency mechanisms and remuneration criteria. The Decree provides for: the Salary Transparency and Remuneration Criteria Report; and the Action Plan for Mitigating Inequality in Pay and Remuneration Criteria between Women and Men. The measures apply to legal entities governed by private law with one hundred or more employees that have headquarters, branch or representation in Brazilian territory. The Salary Transparency and Remuneration Criteria Report aims to objectively compare salaries, remuneration and the proportion of positions occupied.
