The abovementioned commission will be formed from the Director-General of the Ministry of Public Health as a president and other 6 specialists. The duties of the commission are: (a) regulation the importation of natural medicinal products and alimentary integrators; (b) examination the applications presented to the Ministry of Public Health for importation of medicinal plants and herbs, vitamins, alimentary integrators and minerals; (c) proposition the conditions for import and marketing of alimentary integrators, psychoactive drug and diet preparations. The application must enclose a sample of alimentary itegrators and diet preparations, illustrative data, and sailing authorization from country of origin. The importation must be authorized with a prior licence issuing by the Ministry of Public Health. Full text Arabic
