Abstract

Item 105 shall be amended to add the following wording: “105. Production of canned and preserved mushrooms shall be authorized exclusively at the enterprises where microbiological laboratories are available with the strict compliance with hygienic requirements set for food processing and canning enterprises validated by the Chief State Sanitary Inspector.” Item 119 shall be amended to add the following wording: “119. Technological processes related to processing of mushrooms shall comply with technical requirements, must be closed to the maximum and ensure production of safe and qualitative foodstuffs.”
