Abstract This Decree creates the Transparency, Integrity and Anti-Corruption Council, as an advisory body linked to the Federal Comptroller-General. It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Council, entitled to: I - debate and suggest measures to improve and promote policies and strategies, within the scope of the federal public administration, on - a) fighting corruption; b) social control for monitoring and inspecting the application of public resources; c) open government, transparency and access to public information; and d) public and private integrity; II - monitor and evaluate public policies and public services aimed at transparency, integrity and the fight against corruption; and III - suggest actions aimed at valuing the exchange of experiences, technology transfer, training and intragovernmental articulation.
