This Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Decree approves the administrative demarcation of the Avá-Canoeiro indigenous land, located in the municipalities of Minaçu and Colinas do Sul, within the State of Goiás. The administrative demarcation, promoted by the National Foundation of Indigenous Peoples - Funai, of the Avá-Canoeiro indigenous land, located in the these municipalities are destined for the permanent possession of the Avá-Canoeiro indigenous group, with a surface of thirty-one thousand, four hundred and twenty-seven hectares, twenty-nine ares and twenty-eight hundred ares, and a perimeter of one hundred and thirty thousand, nine hundred and eighty-six meters and seventy-six centimeters, as detailed in the text.
