Abstract

This Decree approves the administrative demarcation of the Rio dos Índios indigenous land, located in the Municipality of Vicente Dutra, State of Rio Grande do Sul. The administrative demarcation promoted by the National Foundation of Indigenous Peoples - Funai of the indigenous land called Tremembé da Barra do Mundaú, located in the Municipality of Itapipoca, State of Ceará, is intended for the permanent possession of the Tremembé indigenous group, with an area of three thousand five hundred and eleven hectares, forty ares and eighty-two hundred ares and a perimeter of thirty-three thousand, three hundred meters and sixty centimeters,The administrative demarcation promoted by the National Foundation of Indigenous Peoples - Funai of the Rio dos Índios indigenous land, located in the Municipality of Vicente Dutra, State of Rio Grande do Sul, is intended for the permanent possession of the Kaingang indigenous group, with an area of seven hundred and eleven hectares seventy ares and eighteen hundred ares and perimeter of thirteen thousand one hundred and twenty-one meters and ninety-six centimeters, as detailed in the text.
