Abstract This Decree provides for the Investment Partnership Programme's Council, as an immediate advisory body to the President of the Republic in establishing and monitoring the actions of the Investment Partnerships Programme (PPI), which is responsible for: give an opinion, prior to the decision of the President of the Republic, regarding the proposals of the competent bodies or entities, on the matters provided for in art. 4 of Law No. 13.334 of 13 September 2016; define the priority services for execution in the public-private partnership regime, coordinate, monitor, evaluate and supervise the actions of the PPI and support the sectoral actions necessary for its execution; monitor the implementation of the PPI; formulate substantiated proposals and representations to the Heads of the Executive Branch of the States, the Federal District and the Municipalities; present normative recommendations and guidelines to the bodies, entities and authorities of the federal public administration; exercise the functions of: a) National Privatization Council, in accordance with the powers provided for in Law No. 9.491 of 9 September 1997; and b) managing body of federal public-private partnerships, in accordance with the powers provided for in Law No. 11.079 of 30 December 2004; propose measures that allow the integration of air, waterway and land transport and the harmonization of their sectorial policies; etc. Full text Portuguese Website www.planalto.gov.br
