Entry into force notes
This Decree enters into force 15 days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Decree validates Sanitary rules and regulations “Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for organizations manufacturing poultry products”, specifying requirements for processing cycle of poultry products, processing technology and hygiene of staff and workplace. In particular it establishes the requirements for passage of alimentary raw materials, storage and transportation of ready poultry products and food waste removal and disposal. Disinfection and disinsection of poultry processing facilities shall be performed through application of certified disinfecting solutions. Packaging materials must not be source of pollution and must be stored in a manner avoiding pollution thereof.
