The Regulations consist of 37 Articles divided into 5 Chapters: General provisions (I); Tractor driver's license application (II); Tractor driver's license re-issuance and cancellation (III); Tractor driver's license supervision (IV); Supplementary provisions (V). The agriculture (agricultural machines) administrations are responsible for the implementation of the Regulations. The county-level agricultural machines safety supervision organizations for the agriculture (agricultural machines) administrations will be responsible for acceptance and examination of the application for tractor driver's license under the guidance of the agricultural machines safety supervision organizations for the agriculture administrations at a higher level. The agricultural machines supervision organizations should hold the principles of openness, fairness, and convenience for users when performing the issuance of the tractor driver's licenses.
