Decree No. 108 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on growing of forest and planted forests.

This Decree establishes the following rules: (a) criteria of assessment of growing of forest species and care thereof; (b) modalities of growing and registration of planted forests; and (c) modalities of management of planted forests and timber extraction therein. It also establishes criteria for considering grown coniferous and broadleaved forest species. Care of grown planted forest species shall be considered improvement cutting.
