It also establishes criteria for considering grown coniferous and broadleaved forest species. Care of grown planted forest species shall be considered improvement cutting. In order to obtain acknowledgement of growth of forest species forest owner or legal possessor of forest shall file report to state forest service. Plantation forests shall not be planted on protection areas, protection coastal marine area and protection areas of waterbodies, and also in micro-nurseries.
