This Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Decree, consisting of 31 articles divided into five Chapters, regulates Law No. 14.134 of 8 April 2021 providing for activities related to the transport of natural gas, dealt with in art. 177 of the Constitution. In addition, it regulates the activities of flow, treatment, processing, underground storage, packaging, liquefaction, regasification and sale of natural gas. The process for granting authorization for transporting activity must be carried out quickly and efficiently, ensuring transparency for users of transport facilities and society.
