Decree No. 1062 of the Cabinet of Ministers regarding the implementation of the Montreal Protocol on Substances That Deplete the Ozone Layer.

This Decree implements the Montreal Protocol on Substances That Deplete the Ozone Layer. The Government decrees to set up the Interministerial Coordination Commission for the implementation of the Montreal Protocol on Substances That Deplete the Ozone Layer and the Regulation thereon. The Interministerial Coordination Commission has as its purpose coordination of the activity of ministries, central executive bodies, enterprises, institutions and organizations for the implementation of the provis
