The Government decrees to set up the Interministerial Coordination Commission for the implementation of the Montreal Protocol on Substances That Deplete the Ozone Layer and the Regulation thereon. The Interministerial Coordination Commission has as its purpose coordination of the activity of ministries, central executive bodies, enterprises, institutions and organizations for the implementation of the provisions of the Montreal Protocol. The main tasks of the Commission shall be: 1) coordination of the arrangements for the reduction of the manufacturing and use of ozone depleting substances; 2) filing reports on the state of the manufacturing, use, import and export of ozone depleting substances; 3) assistance in the implementation of the Montreal Protocol; 4) examination of the materials submitted by the Global Ecological Fund, World Bank and other international organizations and the elaboration of the recommendation based thereon.
