Special regard is given to the practice called "blue fining" and to other allowed processing methods and additives which are listed in Annexes 1 and 2. Chapter II regulates sampling methods of wine-industry products. Proceeding for obtaining a certificate of origin are set out in Chapter III. This Decree deals with the packaging and distribution of non-bottled wines as well, in Chapter IV. Finally, Chapter V specifies the rules of denomination of regional wines.
