This Decree enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Decree establishes the procedure for management of plant species for scientific research and experimental educational purposes on land of all categories except for forest land. Scientific and educational institutions shall be authorized to remove wild growing plants from their natural habitats if it does not cause negative impact on flora and natural habitats thereof. The aforesaid users of wild growing plant species must inform land owner at least 15 days prior to the beginning of scientific research and experimental and educational activity of the projected work, time period, location of land area, projected impact of vegetation area of plant species, amount and methods of removal of wild growing plants from their natural habitats.
