Abstract This Decree sets forth requirements for food processing organizations. It shall not be applicable to organizations manufacturing infant food. Authorized state organizations shall perform sanitary and hygienic inspection of production site and manufacturing facilities. The scope of mandatory sanitary and hygienic requirements shall be protection of public health against negative impact. Utility and drinking water supply shall be performed from centralized water supply system complying with standard sanitary and hygienic requirements. Use of water from water heating system shall be prohibited. Discharge of waste utility and drinking water to rain water sewerage system shall be prohibited. Full text Russian Website www.pravo.by
