It shall be applicable to all enterprises performing entrepreneurial activity in the sphere of transactions with alcohol. Label of liquor shall indicate classification group thereof, it can be completed with the indication of the place of origin. The latter requirement shall not be applicable to wine. Potable water and food additives used for processing of liquors must comply with safety requirements.
