Abstract This Decree, consisting of 54 articles divided into 16 Chapters, regulates Law No. 13.648 on production of artisanal pulp and fruit juice in rural family establishment. The administrative activities related to the production of pulp and fruit juice are: I - control; inspection; standardization; classification; inspection analysis; control analysis; expert analysis or counter-examination expertise; tiebreaker analysis; registration of establishment; and registration of pulp and fruit juice. The classification of establishments, according to their activities is as follows: 1. producer or manufacturer - establishment that transforms the primary products from its own production into pulp and fruit juice; 2. bottler - establishment that packs pulp and fruit juice in containers intended for consumers and which must be cumulatively registered as a producer in the form of item I; and 3. exporter - establishment that exports pulp and fruit juice and which must be cumulatively registered as producer and bottler, as provided for in items I and II.
