This Decree enters into force after its official publication.
Abstract

This Decree establishes the modalities of confiscation and removal from trade of commodities non-complying with legislative requirements in the sphere of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population. In particular shall be subject to confiscation with expired date, with damaged or without labels, and in case of lack of quality control certificates. Confiscation and removal of commodities non-complying with legislative requirements shall be performed prior issuance of report by competent sanitary officials.
