Abstract

This Decree establishes that legal entities of all forms of ownership and individual entrepreneurs engaged in the production (import) and (or) sale on the internal market of socially important goods of prime necessity according to the lists contained in the Annexes 1 and 2 (foodstuffs, cereals, meat and meat-based products, fish products, milk and dairy products, fruits, vegetables, infant food), shall not increase from the effective date of this Decree up to February 28, 2021, as compared to the prices that were in effect on February 24, 2021, within the list of arrangements for the promotion of commodities and attraction of customers. Beginning from March 1, 2021 the change in prices for socially important essential goods shall not exceed 0,2% a month to the price of these goods of the same category and the same packaging, if on the last day of the previous month any socially significant goods of the first necessity were not sold.
